preventative services

We offer prevention work for young people aged 10-21 years in schools, pupil referral units, youth groups and other settings.

This work challenges sexual bullying, sexual violence and sexual exploitation, enabling young people to develop safe, healthy and consensual relationships. These sessions also support young people to challenge gender stereotypes and understand boundaries. School based sessions work within the PSHE and Sex and Relationships Education curricula.

In addition, we offer training to professionals on sexual bullying, enabling them to address these issues effectively with young people and to deal with disclosures.

We also offer awareness-raising work for parents and carers. These sessions provide information on how to talk to children about keeping safe, and how to seek help if your child has been affected in any way by these issues.
