nia’s exiting prostitution services offer confidential, non-judgemental support to women involved in prostitution.
We recognise the multiple barriers that women face to exit prostitution and will work at a woman’s own pace offering her a range of options and choices.
our services
Night time Outreach
We deliver night time outreach from our van across London Boroughs. Women can have a warm drink, a chat and find out more about what we do without telling us anything they don’t want to. We also provide condoms and clothes donations.
Our outreach van covers a wide range of areas in London. If you are a woman who would like to find out where the van will be, or if you would like to suggest an area for us to visit please call us on 07880 230 516.
Advocacy
nia’s advocates will work alongside women offering:
- Support with accessing substance use and health services
- Assistance with accessing housing advice and welfare benefits/entitlements
- Support to access education, training and employment
- Options and advocacy to support with exiting prostitution
Our advocacy service is woman-led and the above list is not exhaustive.

other support
Based in North East London, nia work with women and girls who have experienced domestic and sexual violence. If you are not eligible for our services, there are other organisations who can help you.
I am extremely grateful for the refuge and the staff, especially my key-worker as they have helped change my life immensely for the better, I really don’t know where I would have been now, had I not taken this step and moved into the refuge. So thank you so much to all the staff and for the support, love, care and even the new skills I’ve achieved here at the refuge in a very short space of time.”
