My experience spans 40 years in central and local government, private and voluntary social housing, specialising although not exclusively in housing management, change management, business planning, policy development, project management auditing, performance management and service improvements.
I am currently a consultant conducting equalities, diversity, inclusion, and unconscious bias training. I develop ED&I toolkits and policy documents. I assist organisations to achieve equality by a re-examination of both working practices, service planning and delivery. I also conduct safeguarding and other related reviews as an independent advisor.
