Million Women Rise works in solidarity with international women’s movements on a variety of campaigns and projects. They work to build and create links with and between grassroots and political activists, to create safe spaces for sharing information. They provide a platform for women to speak out globally. March 8th is designated International Women’s Day and Million Women Rise organise a march against male violence on the nearest Saturday to that date.
